After a trip to my grandparent's house and a few too many slices of a mean peach pie, I was inspired to make something with this delicious stone fruit. Concurrently, I was having a serious craving for cheese after going dairy-free to breastfeed lil' man. Hence, I gave birth to this easy baked brie recipe.
